Coming back

I restored an old copy of this blog that I had not even looked at for several years and decided to use it as a means to force myself to begin creating content and as an aid to my study efforts as well as the pursuit of knowledge and to be more disciplined while sharing my thoughts. I just finished setting things up to run the blog and should begin adding more content in the coming weeks.

Recert done until 2013, time to take a pause

So much to do, so little time. It’s been tiring lately, work and family have led me to decide to stop the CCIEing for the time being. I just did the RS written a couple of weeks ago and got recerted until  2013, which is very cool, plus that gives me 18 months to sit the new RS blueprint that is about to be implemented in Oct 18th. Myself and My Passion for IT – Part 2 (2000-2003)

While looking for a better job to secure my income (I already had a daughter and was about to finish college), I found a nice oportunity from another HP partner company, this time it was the place to be at. This dude (my boss) wanted me to be MCP as soon as possible, they did MS, Cisco, Avaya besides doing HP as their main business, it was great, they sent me for training (upstairs, the training center was in the same building) more than once...
